Partial composition
The common electric door closer (or called automatic door closer) is composed of two parts, mainly including the main body of the electric door closer and the guide groove of the electric door closer. The main body of the electric door closer is mainly installed on the door frame, while the guide groove of the electric door closer is installed on the door leaf.
Part Composition
The structure of the electric door closer is relatively complex. It is composed of nearly 60 kinds of parts as a whole. It can be mainly divided into housing, spring, ratchet, electromagnet, rotating arm, guide rail, etc. Among them, the rigidity of the connecting rod, paddle, etc. cannot be guaranteed, and the rigidity is easily deformed, jammed or even broken.
